Antonio Marín
Antonio Marín Montero was born in Granada in 1933. In 1957 he entered the workshop of Pereste Master Art, and was in charge of Recaredo Veredas, who discovered that he had an excellent ability to chisel. In 1959 he began working in the "Cuesta de Gomerez" workshop under the advice of Eduardo Ferrer's father. Many years later, he established his own studio in the "Cuesta del Caidero" in Granada, where he continued making guitars with his nephews José Marín Plazuelo and José González López, who were always at the side of their uncle and teacher.

Antonio Torres Dorado
When he was young he liked to visit his grandfather's workshop, the smell of wood, the tools.... Since then, he has loved working with wood. About nine years ago, he decided to make guitars for his son because he loves this little world and he continues to build them this way. For the top he likes cedar and spruce, both with their own characteristics, for the sides and back he prefers cypress and rosewood. The construction system used is that of the old guitar maker Escuela de Madrid. In his flamenco guitar he prefers to look for comfort, lightness and flamenco sound. The classical sound must be clean, without bindings, higher movements, greater depth of the sound box, different supports and different angles of closure.
